Dutch graphic designer Nivard Thoes graduated in 2006 at the Royal Academy of Art, in the Netherlands, and was nominated for the ArtOlive/Young Talent Award and the Zuid-Hollandse VormgevingsPrijs. Since 2005 he has worked in collaboration with Guangzhou based Wang Xu and Associates Ltd. on a number of projects for high profile clients.

Yo this kids work is sic. I haven’t seen anything as inspiring in ages. Holy balls. Keep an eye out for his name/work!

Yes, he is playing on a different level. I think this post snuck by a lot of people, but there is some very well thought out graphic design in his portfolio.

The brilliant author and illustrator Maurice Sendak passed away last week at the age of 83 but will no doubt be remembered for generations to come for his amazing books such as Where the Wild Things Are.

Outspoken author and pundit Christopher Hitchens passed away yesterday at the age of 62 after succombing to a long battle with cancer. His honest and bravado opinion that rarely favored one side versus the other but was instead often a cry for ‘reason’ will be missed.

Is there an alternative, non-toxic treatment for cancer? Dr. Stanislaw R. Burzynski seems to think so and has been experiencing higher rate of success than the current accepted practice of treating cancer.
