Guatemala City-based conceptual artist Stefan Benchoam emailed me today to share his work with me. I don’t usually stumble upon or see a lot of work like his and it really inspired me to look at things a little differently. Refreshing.

well,.. a guy in Portugal did the same with the faces of the politics during their campaign.

Sorry, I had no idea. Sometimes similar ideas make their way around whether or not people have even seen them. I call it the creative universal mind. Not sure if that is the case here but I did still think some of Stefan’s other work (the Pac Man thing for instance) was pretty interesting.

Outspoken author and pundit Christopher Hitchens passed away yesterday at the age of 62 after succombing to a long battle with cancer. His honest and bravado opinion that rarely favored one side versus the other but was instead often a cry for ‘reason’ will be missed.

Is there an alternative, non-toxic treatment for cancer? Dr. Stanislaw R. Burzynski seems to think so and has been experiencing higher rate of success than the current accepted practice of treating cancer.
